Worst service ever. Writing right from the center, my appointment is at 2:30, it’s already after 4 pm and nobody cares. Not even trying to get you through, no matter how many times I approached the front desk. I mean, if there are no slots available, why give you the appointment for a certain time?! I could’ve went to a different place for imaging. Plus, I missed another appointment at another medical center because of the lack of organizational skill of the staff. This center doesn’t know how appointments work, had to wait for my turn almost 3 hours. Insane. Fun fact, people who came after me somehow got admitted before me.
Very bad experience with the imaging center, had to wait for my turn 3 hrs more than my actual appointment. And they say I can’t eat 6 hrs before the ultrasound. Thank god I had lunch, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to starve for another 3 hrs and then more.
