I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the administrative standards at Westchester Dermatologist. The lack of professional communication and patient follow-up has made what should be a straightforward medical process incredibly difficult. It is nearly impossible to reach the office by phone; when a call is finally answered, I have been placed on hold for upwards of 45 minutes. Dr Infiesta is the best dermatologist in Miami. Excellent doctor, profesional, explains everything very clear. The staff was also very sweet. The waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I will continue to see her. So glad I found f this team. Thank you Dr.
