My experience was anything but pleasant. I really thought long and hard about writing this review because I don't have enough time to waste. But after receiving an additional charge at my home, I was outraged. On top of feeling so poorly treated, they want to charge me even more! For starters, when I arrived, they made me wait 20 minutes in a small room while they talked outside. My appointment with the dermatologist who saw me didn't last more than 5 minutes.
