I HAVE MOLD IN MY APT. AND THE MOLD IS IN EVERY ROOM AND THERE IS NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT IT. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER OVER THE PHONE AND SHE SENT A REQUEST RIGHT THEN, PLUS I WENT TO THE FRONT OFFICE AND ALSO FILED OUT A REQUEST. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER FACE TO FACE AND SHE SAID THEY WERE SHORT ON MAINTENANCE STAFF. I HAVE A VERY SICK CHILD THAT DOES NOT NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS. I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER RENEWED MY LEASE. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!

We have lived here for a couple years, it is a quiet community, & a safe location. But, maintenance really is so bad. I have been asking for things to get fixed for a couple years, and they still have not gotten to it, no matter how much I remind them. One guy replaced a tile on my fireplace that broke with a hot glue gun � - I would definitely say that the maintenance crew is very unqualified for the job. ����I would never recommed anyone to rent their appartment here. Horrible management. The ownership company should change their staff at Grand Prarie location. No one gives correct answers, they just tell you to go from one point to another and another. �I have stayed at this location, and i know how slow and horrible it is. Good luck folks for your risks.
Just moved here from NJ a month ago with wife and two kids and I really like it. The staff are very friendly and the grounds are always clean. Just have to start making new friends. I like to work on cars been doing it for over 10 years and I've never had a customer complain about my work. Hope to meet good kind people here.
