The apartments are nice, but very overpriced. Lots of space inside, but you hear everything in the hallways and outside the windows. Our master bedroom is always freezing during the winter and burning hot during the summer... at least a 5 degree difference from the living room just steps away. Energy costs are horrible for our 2br apartment with a loft... at least $250/mth bc of the 20+ foot ceilings and windows without blinds that get direct sunlight all day long. Maintenan... The apartments are ok... They are on the expensive side especially for not including any utilities. When we first moved in we were welcomed by our neighbors which was really nice. It is horrible to move your furniture in especially if you live on the upper floors. There is no elevator. They charge $400 just to use the amenities. All packages are delivered to the office which sucks because you have to pick them up during working hours. I get home late sometimes. The apartments are thin.
