The surrounding are well maintained (flowers, bushes, stairs). The garage could be water swept once a while (bird poops are piling). The management is trying to respond to our requests (routine fixing in the bathroom and kitchen) well in time. It's a nice place to live.

My last two maintenance calls were not responded to. Hole in tub, tub knob lose. Maintenance came and made some repairs. The tub knob now has water running through it. Maintenance came in to repair the LR outlet. Whatever he did it caused a power outages. I left text messages and received no response. I had to call LADWP and LA code enforcement to make sure there was not a larger issue. Thankfully I called Westchester emergency line after 24 hours with no power. Claire called, asked about the issue, sent an electrian and the... read more
