Ridiculous unprofessional place,very small with unpleasant people. Don’t waist your time here. They even doctors who can’t normal read your X-rays or CT.

Make sure that you make copies of all receipts and invoices, save everything! They didn't run my medical insurance for a mammogram (they said 'all is good!' And I had my appt. Then I had a biopsy done at a different clinic the next day that insurance covered!). Now they've sent me to collections for almost $750 for one mammogram and they say there's nothing they can do about it. So now I am going through all the BS of submitting disputes with my credit. Unbelievable

I made my appt. because I was told you could fill in forms and wait in car til they were ready to take you in the room. Important to me during covid times. Couldn t get to text i was outside so called and they told me to come in there were more forms not on line to fill in. I would not be pressured and said so and that I would fill anything else out only in my room. Not good customer care and not very understanding on the phone. Definately felt judgement in her tone.

There are SO many issues with this facility, it’s hard to know where to begin. I had an appointment for a bone density scan for a certain day. The day of that appt they called and asked if I had taken any vitamins. I said yes, bc no one had told me not to. No good, we have to reschedule it even though I had set up my day around that appointment. Oh well. We then set a new date I asked if I would get an email confirmation. She said yes, and of course I never did. Still nothing in writing telling me what to do or not to do ... read more

My wife went to this place yesterday to pick up papers to fill out to safe time and not wait long with the pandemic going on,she had appointment for 1pm just to pick up papers the rude lady working there told her to sign in and sit down,and made her wait 40 mins just to pick up papers,just what she was trying to avoid,this waiting room had between 8-10 people sitting in there waiting,unbelievable with this pandemic,they should be shut down

Went there to do an MRI, the wait time was not long at all .The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and oh my the tech who did the MRI for me was super great..She made me feel very comfortable all through . The place is very neat . Highly recommend . Would definitely go back. Very friendly staff. Ruth

Kern Radiology owned by RadNet is a horrible medical institution. With 8 or 9 locations in Bakersfield, CA these places are filthy, disgusting and overflowing with highly unprofessional and irresponsible managers, techincans and staff. Kern Radiology owned by RadNet has one primary concern, over and above everything else including patients, MONEY. Stinking organization.

Ken Burns from Coast Radiology read my chest x-ray during a visit to Mission Hospital ER for shortness of breath. I'm assuming he read my x-ray correctly but the appallingly unprofessional behavior of Coast Radiology billing department has me doubting EVERYTHING. These people had the gall to text me a link for an invoice on my cell phone! Never in my life have I ever received an invoice by text! This company won't pay for postage to mail an invoice. Makes one wonder what other corners are being cut??? Talk about a shady... read more
