Very professional company; excellent roofing work! After some very hard rains, the flat roof of my 4-unit apartment property began leaking and needed repair/replacement. Oz, the company owner, arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate and gave the best proposal out of 6. After numbers of failed patching and sealig (self and paid), I decided to replace my roof. West Chase was 1 of the 4 that came for initial estimate on preset date and time. i had almost 5 others that were either late or did not show. After one of our famous Florida rain storms, I noticed the roof on my shed had a bad leak and was causing more problems to the structure. Westchase was one of the first roofers I called. His estimate was reasonable! The job was done thouroghly!!!!! He started the job on time and finished early!!!! I will recommend him to all my friends, family and use his company again to do the roof of my home when it is needed!!!!!
