I moved here on July 1 and it has been a nightmare the office staff isn't organized they lied to me and it's hard to communicate they never answer the phone to get anything done in your apartment.I have been waiting since I moved in to get repairs done things in my apartment and they act like they don't understand. I feel that they treat people that isn't like them different. The manager refused to get me the corporate office information to file a complaint.

Good choice to live
Everything seemed good at first and the apartments are nice, but I feel that there is a lack of communication regarding monthly fees. They have a monthly sewer fee for $50? I've never heard of paying for sewage, yet they say the city does it. Water bill over $125, they said it's split evenly between 4 units. That means for 4 units the water bill is over $500!?
