RecommendedMy fiance and I have lived at Westchase Creek Apartments for a year now and it has been a great experience. We love the location and I feel safe in the area. The complex is clean and well maintained. The two times I have needed maintenance, they were prompt and got the job done quickly. this place is great and the cheapest in the neighborhood.
This is WORSE APARTMENTS YOU COULD EVER LIVE IN!!! Nothing ever gets fix on time!! I still have water coming into my place since the hurricane. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

7 months ago I wrote a review trying to tell other people about my VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with this complex management in few words they owed me $480 since 2014 and I have a signed letter from them showing all the details , every month when I asking them about my money they “FABRICATE THE SAME B.S. “ the funny part is they answer my review second day and promised me to fix it in few days of course that was the answer on Facebook to show people that they’re doing their best and they’re just like other properties fixing things qu... read more
I think is very nice and affordable besides the leasing office staff is always available and kind!
Micheal is so rude every time I call he acts like he's annoyed, you can never get ahold of the manager and the whole place has no parking, potholes, and cockroaches everywhere
