I had received chiropractic care on and off for several years, but was extremely hesitant to have my small children adjusted. When one of my sons was getting ear infection after ear infection, I got desperate. Dr, Sosa and his entire staff are caring, helpful and courteous. The Office is very convenient and the atmosphere is inviting and educational.They all really want to help you feel better. My treatment includes adjustments and exercises to do at home and in office. I have been in pain for a few months and I am finally getting relief. Thank you Dr.Sosa and Westchase Chiropractic!!!
It's really a total Wellness Center. They use a Whole-istic approach which encompasses Chiropractic to fine tune my body, along with Exercise and Nutrition so I can keep it that way. I've 'never' felt better! Thanks guys.

Great office and location. Everything very nice and state of the art, waiting area has plenty of seating and all rooms are well equipped. Really enjoyed my time there.
I started out with Maximized Living in Naples, Fl. Then I found the one in Ft Myers, FL because the distance was much closer. I, then, moved to Tampa and knew I wanted to continue care with Maximized Living. I started out with very little curve in my neck and have scoliosis. I saw Dr Hervey, whom I i absolutely adore! He worked with me, gave me ideas and suggestions, prayed for me and most of all, gave me back the curve I needed in my neck to correct the blockage (interference ).
