Updated and Clean We have lived here for two years and although it’s not the cheapest rent in town, we have a lovely home that is well maintained and well run by a caring office staff. We will be renewing for a third year!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are so excited to have you as a resident for a whole other year!
Dangerous I have lived at Westchase Apartments now going on 3 years now it has been a nice place to live. Until earlier this year I have had no electricity on 5 different occasions, lights flickering. Found out circuit was fried on 1 occasion. DANGEROUS! THEY'RE ELECTRICIAN MADE REPAIRS BUT NOW I'M IN THE DARK AGAIN. ELECTRICAL FIRE WAITING TO HAPPEN DANGEROUS!!!
Business response:
We are sorry that your experience has been less than positive. Our resident's safety is something that we are very serious about and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please come see us in the office or call us at 314-432-3700. -The Westchase Team
West Chase Apartments A little pricier than the other apartments around, but if you've ever had bad maintenance experiences, it is worth the extra dollar to be here. Great service, very quick in responding. Units are in great shape from a recent renovation, and excellent location in creve coeur.
