Excellent Doctors and office staff. Highly recommend. Doctors are well experienced and caring. Staff are personable with amiable attitude.
I’m been taking my kids for about 8 years now! I love love the doctors, especially Dr. E. She’s awesome and patient; always ready to listen to all my kids concerns.
I went in with my daughter for the first time, and had an amazing experience. The office is beautiful, and they even had a few toys for the kids thankfully. The office staff was courteous, and everything was done really fast. Dr. Ediale made sure that my daughter felt comfortable, and that I felt satisfied about any concerns I had about her. This has got to be one of the nastiest most unorganized offices I've ever seen. I've been here the times and every single time, I've had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes after my appointment when I'm on time. It is ridiculous. The inside is plain gross. I will give it to the staff, they are very friendly when you actually get seen but lord forbid you all why your waiting 30 minutes to be seen. They'll get an attitude with YOU. For them being incompetent. Won't be coming back.
they diagnosed my 10 month old daughter with 5 different from Houston in less than two weeks because they could not figure out what was wrong with her ended up having to go to Scottish Rite on my own also when I showed them a hernia in her stomach they blew it all and never said anything else about it when she needed it to be taken care of the nurses are wonderful but the doctors only spend one to two minutes with you and they are not sure Of what their even saying.... there is no line between the siCk room and be well room.... read more
They are wonderful there. Its small place but the staff are very helpful, caring, and understand. I am VERY comfortable taking my child there and have been taking her there since she was a newborn.
the dr was extremely rude, and seemed to not want to deal with my child, he was 3 months old, i took him there with an ear infection and she said could not see to tell if they were infected so she sent him home with no antibiotics! took him to carousel pediatrics he had a bad ear infection
