I have lived at several properties all managed by Westcal management. This team of professional mangers make apartment living worthwhile. Excellently trained professional managers that truly care for their residents and the properties they run. They go the extra mile to ensure that the properties are well maintained and show compassion for their residents.
Your answering service is TERRIBLE. Nasty attitudes and no help. I HAVE MOLD ON MY AC UNIT and was told it’s not an emergency. Operator 4 is useless

They come in, hold a place together with duct tape and hope, treat the tenants like inconveniences, have code enforcement and maintenance constantly bothering tenants, and recently shut down half of our apartment at Rancho Terrace to "fix" the parking lot (the equivalent of a paint job). When we arrived home at 2 AM we were tired and couldn't find a single place to park, so we parked in the area that isn't closed in a slightly off spot because of the lack of space.
