They come in, hold a place together with duct tape and hope, treat the tenants like inconveniences, have code enforcement and maintenance constantly bothering tenants, and recently shut down half of our apartment at Rancho Terrace to "fix" the parking lot (the equivalent of a paint job). When we arrived home at 2 AM we were tired and couldn't find a single place to park, so we parked in the area that isn't closed in a slightly off spot because of the lack of space. Renter all my adult life. As a senior I want to recommend Westcal They use excellent vendors professional and knowledgeable. Kind and patient Natalie is kind, very busy. If there are problems you have to communicate repairs and problems will taken care of.
They just started managing my apartment complex. Previously had a very polite experience with HomeRiver (last managing company). They just started managing the apt complex and after living here for 4 years with no issue, they have now raised my rent an extra $100 after just arriving. They haven't responded to any inquiries and when they do answer the phone, are rude for no reason. Really not looking forward to having this company manage my apt complex. They create more problems when managing.
