My time in the dealership was a pleasant experience. Everyone was great in answering all of my questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I want to thank Dena Fabella for her patience and talking me through the process of buying the vehicle that was listed on their website. She made herself available on her day off, making sure i was very confident with my purchase.

I lost out on 2 cars due to the lack of communication. Also there's a $1800 add-on fee on all used cars which is ridiculous.

This is tough due to timing as there was a potential deal on the table when the dealer contacted me. I'm rating it a 2 due lack of effective communication in terms of keeping me abreast on the status of the deal. They sounded more interested after the vehicle was sold.

contacted me back told me the car i wanted was available after a week of chasing them through app and emails. i scheduled an appt to view immediately. They told me they didn’t have it on the lot and would it bring it it for my appt. They were getting it detailed to specifically show for me and they sold it to someone else out from under me. they should have offered to me first. That was the right thing to do!! I had cash as well! Was shady and not good business! Not honest! I’d never do business with them ever again!!
