Manager needs to be fired As a resident who has lived here nearly 7 years with my family, I can give an honest and accurate review of this property. We first moved in when it was called San Remo. After that, it became Westbury Apartments, managed under Guardian. NOW, it has recently changed hands again and is still called Westbury, but the management is WPL Associates, an off shoot of Kinsel Ameri Properties, Inc.
