These apartments have their positives and very bad negatives. Be very careful!!!!! I have a relative that just moved out of here. She asked me to come stay with her the end of January 2025 for a couple of reasons. Her date to leave was in February. She had some suspicions that someone was entering her apartment. So I made a decision to retire in the town of Westminster MD and I’m so happy I did. Pam the rent manager was very patient with me during the whole process & still with all my phone calls & questions
I have been in Westbrook Apartments for approximately two and a half months I. almost three I am very happy here. It is . My neighbors are all friendly. The Rental Agent, Pam, is very helpful, friendly.and kind.. The maintenance guy, Jason, is wonderful. I am so glad that I moved here. I have seen other reviews that are not so friendly and I do not understand what people are complaining about. I hsve not experiencede same kind of stuff that they are complaining about.
