Save yourself the hassle and grief! Do not move here! My mother moved here a little over 5 years ago. At the time she moved in they gave her a pretty good deal on lot rent, if I remember correctly the lot rent was about 275 a month (give or take a few) they said the price was guaranteed for 3 years. Well... after about 6 months they came up with some lame excuse why they had to raise the lot rent. I MOST CERTAINLY AGREE WITH TAW2007...!
Don't do it! – This place has been horrible since we moved our home here in 2000. It has been through 3 different companies since we moved here. They raise the lot rent every chance they get. It is obvious this company wants rental income, not to make a hometown community, or "village." They do not enforce the rules, off leash dogs & cats runny wild. Now, we can't even have our company park in front of our homes for fear of being towed away! If you have a mobile home, move it on land!
