I think it is a great place. Everyone is great all around. Dr, nurses, CNP, reception. Everyone is great. Would never go anywhere else.
My son was a patient of Dr. Hatchells at oak creek and we transferred to Westbrook with him! We love the staff and nurses and have not been disappointed yet!!
We've been taking our kids to this office for over 10 years, and I can't begin to say all the wonderful things about it! The doctors, nurses, assistants, front office staff are all phenomenol! Most recently, RN Barb made a required vaccination quite the pleasant, no big deal event for my 11 year old (who is deathly afraid of shots). She said, "can we request Barb for our flu shots too?!" Thanks Barb and everyone at Westbrook!
We've been with Westbrook Pediatrics for close to 9 years now. I've never been hung up on by reception; I've always received a phone call back from a nurse, the nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors are all fantastic, and we've seen just about everyone, unfortunately. I would never hesitate to recommend the group and in particular Dr. Barb Calkins; she is a gifted and kind pediatrician.
Great place with excellent health care providers. We love this place.
