I tried to do business but as a first time doing business I called in to get a quote for some channel iron and was told I would get a call back same day it's been over a week and never heard back. It's a simple job but I've never in all my years requested a quote at any other supplier and not got a prompt quote back. So that is the reason for the one star and I won't ever call again seeing as it appears a waste of time.
