Village Park Homes (now Dream Finders Homes) is the most unethical company I've ever had the misfortune of working with. They take your deposit and then sit on the project for months and months, not doing any work. When they finally do start the project, the home will sit for weeks or even months without any work being done. And when you get upset, they bully and threaten you. Do not move here!!! Massively overpriced. Terrible HOA. All trees stripped for no reason. Interstate noise deafening!!!!!!! No welcome pack. Still haven’t had an induction after 6 months. Every single free space has a house being built and not to forget they never close the blue moon crossing gate on a night. Why do we pay to live in a gated community?! Membership fees and cancelation are a joke. Just a terrible experience. Not to forget the horrendous traffic trying to get out.
The semi- custom design was outstanding for our needs at this time in our lives. The warranty work which was to cover any workmanship details that were not completed by closing has never been addressed. We closed on our newly built home in April 2021 and many of our requests were made before that closing date during walk thru inspections with the contractor superintendent.
