Wonderful people and very clean apart
Affordable apartments, very outdated w/ regular old apartment issues. Maintenance was very responsive and nice. The AI answering system for the office is a pain and makes it difficult to contact an actual person. However once you do manage to contact them, they are very friendly and helpful. The moving out process was easy enough, but took several months to receive my deposit refund check due to weird mailing issues (although I had received other mail from them at the same forwarding address). Overall a good average option.
Friendly but expensive
It cost me $140 just to be denied, no one called me. I happened to look online and seen that I was denied. Also, I lost $40 application fee, $100 administrative fee. Not cool at all.
