Friendly but expensive
It cost me $140 just to be denied, no one called me. I happened to look online and seen that I was denied. Also, I lost $40 application fee, $100 administrative fee. Not cool at all.
Excellent place... the administration is very friendly and attentive... I recommend it
Been here just over a week. Not bad. Very outdated. Rusty reused bathroom accessories. Toilet cracked at base. The furnace hasn't been cleaned it looks like in a yr. Definitely a fire hazard. ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!!! Dishwasher doesn't work. Nice area and Management, BUT VERY OUTDATED for what your paying. Do your research. We moved in a rush and didn't get to see the place.
