The units are nice, property is quiet. However, when viewing the unit, there were live roaches inside and piles of cigarette butts in front of building 13. Now if there are LIVE roaches in an empty unit there is likely a real pest problem once people move in. This issue also matches what what a few of the reviews stated about pest control being a low priority. Yesenia was kind, professional and she knows her stuff.
