They sent me a defective product in December 2020, I waited for the replacement for 3 months, calling every month to get an estimate of when the product would be delivered. Every time I called, they told me a different delivery estimate date. Finally, today I was told it would be an additional 3 months. That's SIX MONTHS FROM THE ORDER DATE. I would NEVER order from this company again.
They don't stand behind there products they refuse warranty and pass blame saying the plumber installed it wrong.

RecommendedFantastic customer service - above and beyond! Had a Westbrass hot water dispenser for years before the brass pipe inside split and cracked. After miserable phone tag with local hardware shops and machinists, decided to contact Westbrass directly. One phone call and one email later, the team at Westbrass went out of their way to ensure i got a replacement at no charge! Works perfectly, and I'm very happy with my product and service. 5 Stars!
