We purchased their masterhot are were excited to have hot water on tap!!!!. Well, the base unit that goes under the sink was immediately defective and after numerous emails we got a replacement that worked for about 5 months befor it gave out. We have emailed the company but no response. The faucet adjustable spray is blocked up after a little over a year. Overall we are just disappointed with their poor communication and shoddy craftsmanship. I couldn’t recommend this company any less.
They sent me a defective product in December 2020, I waited for the replacement for 3 months, calling every month to get an estimate of when the product would be delivered. Every time I called, they told me a different delivery estimate date. Finally, today I was told it would be an additional 3 months. That's SIX MONTHS FROM THE ORDER DATE. I would NEVER order from this company again.
They don't stand behind there products they refuse warranty and pass blame saying the plumber installed it wrong.
