My roommate and I lived here for about a year. It was an excellent experience. If you needed anyone from the office we would hear back right away or less than a few hours later. When we were moving in and out the process went very smoothly. The apartments are quiet inside and they maintain the outside constantly. They are in a safe area in West Wichita and it is within a few minutes of shopping and fast to downtown or to hit Kellogg. We always felt taken care of. I only moved because my roommate moved away. I had the best experience today at Westborough Arms in a most unpleasant situation. My van had a flat tire and while trying to fix it one of my neighbors called the office and Leslie, the office manager, came out and assisted me by speaking to one of my other neighbors. The first neighbor could not help me due to physical incapacitates and Leslie took the time to introduce me to someone who could help. My husband and I are thankful everyday for this residence because of the staff, the townhouse, and the neighbors. Everyone h... read more
I love my townhome and the neighbors are so friendly. I moved from out of State, with starting a new job and enrolling my children in school, the manager made my transition a lot less stressful. This is a nice place to call home.
