RecommendedI currently live here and have for the last two years. My roommate decided to move out and the complex was wonderful about me transferring to a one bedroom without any issues and worked with me with my schedule when I could move. I feel safe here which isn't always the case as a young woman!

I currently live here. During a snowstorm an employee working for Westbay struck my car while horseplaying. The Property Manager Teresa told me we can either A. Write a check to the Dealership who will repair the damage. B. Apply the bill to your rent and credit your rent accordingly. It has been 3 weeks and 6 days. I haven't been contacted at all regarding the issue and have had to pursue it relentlessly only to be told this very day that I would have to Pay out of pocket to the dealership then they would reimburse me, or I... read more

Derek, this is Stacey in the office. We just spoke and yes if you want a rental credit we would be more than happy to do that upon receipt of the paid in full bill from your dealership. If you would like us to cut a check to the dealership we have no problem with that as well. We need to know your intentions prior to moving forward with this issue. I lived here for a year and unfortunately had to move because of my job, but loved my apartment! Everyone was so friendly and the complex was very well taken care of. If I end up living in Lansing again, this is the first place I would go!
