I came in as a walk-in to open a new account with them, wait time was less than 15 minutes. Westar Lending Group were awesome! They were professional, fast, and friendly. I have never walked into a bank that treated me as family. Less than a week later i received a hand written note from Westar Lending Group. So thoughtful!
Stay away! They were operating under another similar name "Westar Financial Group" in Granada hills before they changed their name. They are crooks!
Both Ashley and Brad are professional and have their clients best interest at heart at all times. Brad has advised me on matters of real estate on a number of occasions taking time out of his day to do this without a financial stake in the undertaking but to just help out a client.
