This was my 3rd and final time for going to this place. Everyone raves about it but I'm not sure why. 1st time was just as bad as today. They are RUDE!!! Guy in beginning starts yelling at me and I have no clue what he's saying. So rather than explain to me what he is saying he just keeps screaming and me and then shakes his head. Ok that was awkward. Then I get to the end to be yelled at by about 10 more guys. Why not just talk and communicate? Not a good way to do business and I will not be returning.
I've gone there for years until now. If you get Chris for service keep right on going. He's quite the jerk and didn't do half of what he said he did. Sad thing is I was told I'm not the first customer to complain about him. Shame. I will no longer go there. Loved the quickness of getting the oil changed but not worth it if we truly don't do what we are supposed to and you get treated like your doing him a favor.
They have vaccums to clean the car/truck before you get it washed. Everybody is friendly. Love you Guys.
My car always looks amazing after going through! Best car wash around in my opinion.
