Today, I took my brand new car here to get an oil change. I brought my own oil & my own oil filter, so all I needed was to pay for labor. The guy who changed my oil was acting real sketchy, not showing me the dip stick, & his coworker was walking by my car almost snickering. I waited & checked my oil a little while afterwards & they put way too much oil in my car. I recently was looking to get my car serviced and was recommended by a friend to come here. I was greeted by one of the mechanics named Ladi. I needed back breaks and rotors. He explained to me exactly what needed to be done and showed me the comparison to my front breaks and rotors. Also things to look for in the future. They are more than just quick oil changes! The Manager at this shop is a Gem! He is truly a wonderful person! His customer service is the best I have experienced in a LONG time. Most car places try to take advantage of customers when they think that customers do not know any better, not this guy. He is very honest. He shows you the old parts and takes the time walk you through everything to make sure you understand why you need certain maintenances (brakes, tune-ups). He does not price gouge. Used to be a long standing customer until today...sent my teenage son there for a standard oil change and the talked him into getting some expensive $60 oil change. Not cool to take advantage of a teenager. I will never go back.
