So Disappointing. I used this office years ago and it has really gone down hill. You cannot actually talk to a person unless you schedule days out and even then they never called for an SCHEDULED appointment. They do not follow up with routine labs or check to see how the treatment is going. I had to reach out every step of the way and basically tell them the next steps. From reading other reviews it sounds like they are amazing! Here’s the deal, they cost 3 times more than other places. So if budget is a concern this isn’t it. Editing in response to the response received, I was not there for weight loss. I was there for HRT.
Find another place, This one could careless about you. They seem to want to only work when they want to not when their open times are.
