They collect money but do nothing for you.
Very Very rude ! I personally feel very humiliated when I called them to put my question! They interrogated me such a way that I did some big felonies ! I parked my car and paid by mobile app and they put ticket and I called them to resolve the ticket issues but they humiliated me ! So sad
I have two cars and I made a parking reservation with wrong car plate number in the app. And I did not realize it at that time. But I paid $8 for the parking and then I came back to see a $75 fine on the windscreen. No one picks up the phone or no one calls back. The fine is outrageous considering their monthly parking fees varies between $50 and $100 based on their website. <b>Edited</b> They called back and asked me to email the proof to parkingticket@westwindsorpa.com

Those that don't commute to the city every day or have a monthly permit have to park far out even if we get there early in the morning when there are plenty of spaces up front. I work late and long days in NY two days a week and walking the side walk to Vaughn is often dark and scary late at night. It is very frustrating to miss a train or walk to the lot late at night when I get to the parking lot very early in the morning before so many others.
