A four month wait to get established as a new patient is too long for me. They also said Dr. Nicolas normal appointments are 10 min. Either she will always be late or no quality in that visit. This place is a joke.
This is the worst place in Wichita. Dr. Smith wasted months of my time disbelieving my symptoms and his nurse Deana is about as cold a person there is. The office has screwed up more times than I can count including setting me up with their "in house" endo that wasn't covered by my UHC insurance without even checking, costing me hundreds. Their laziness has caused them to order and complete unnecessary labs and the wait for just about anything is always 45min+. Minor care clinic Had a fever, sore throat and cough. Waited over 2 hours, only to be told that it could be a virus and to wait 3-5 days then come back. My co pay was $50 cause they considered their office “urgent care” although it’s a minor care clinic. If I would have known I would have stayed home. Not coming back in a few days to be charged $50 again and finally get the treatment I deserve. Capable physicians and convenient to my residence
worst receptionist they have there! (sandy) she acted like I was a horrible inconvenience for her while I tried to make an appointment! I will never go there again and I highly recommend others to do the same. The nurses are the ones that actually make you feel like your important there at least!
So far so good I've just downloaded the app and I have found interesting information on that I can maybe use later
Have been going there and seeing Dr. Derksen for several years. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s nice too be able to get most services such as lab, x-ray, specialized testing all done right there.
They were very busy but still friendly and as fast as possible yet thorough. Excellent service. Thank you! :)
