Good first massage. Larisa seemed quiet but really was able to read my body well for a first session and get into some of my issues. Will go back again.
I’ve been going to West Wellness for several months now and it’s made a significant impact on how I feel. The orthopedic massage helps me with my flexibility and mobility - not to mention stress relief. I’m not naturally limber and my massages allow me to increase my range of motion - which is helping with balance and also my recovery from my workouts. Larissa is highly attuned to my body and varies her massages based on the problem areas she observes or I communicate upon my arrival. I highly recommend her!
Larissa is the best therapist I’ve found in Austin! My mom has been struggling with severe TMJ, trigeminal pain, and stomach discomfort caused by acid reflux. Finished my 2nd session with Larisa at West Wellness, has been nothing short of amazing so far. I have been looking for a massage therapist for the last year or two, and on the suggestion from a friend to try Larisa, was the best advice I've received lately.
