I liked the way Dr Reinertsen speaks to the child. Front desk reception very friendly. Very clean n tidy when you enter the bldg. The wait time to get in the back was minimal. Dr Reinertsens MA was very pleasant. Jessica Thompson Hayes, the ARNP is super! Highly recommendable. They were dressed as 7 Dwarfs for Halloween and looked cute. Dr Reinertsen even played around with Aundrea some. Good Dr office I think.
never even got to have my kids seen. I was told my appt for my 2 boys was for 3pm so get there at early, 2:45 to fill out paperwork, that's normal. Well, I was running behind and was going to be there at 3:03pm I called and was told they wouldn't be able to see not even one of my sons bc I would still have to fill out paper work. and being there at 3:03 would be too late. Then I was told that appt was actually for 2:45 for 1 child and 3pm for the other, when would I have filled out paper work for the 1st child if I was told ... read more
I absolutely love the team here! The whole staff cares about the children that I have seen. The doctors are usually right on top of any concerns U may have.
