I give a 2 because this property has fallen below standards in my eyes from when I first moved on property in 2019. The management is not friendly at all, the front office dont try and at least shoe some type of careness to residents. The gate has not worked since they called themselves remodling. The grounds are no longer kept up to par. I haven't had a working porch light since I moved back in March. Work orders are marked completed even though they haven't been. I can just go on and on. I love my unit, quiet community - that's about it. Been here for a decade. WVP has gone way downhill, still waiting on a maintenance request for 2 weeks now. Recent great reviews seem fake, either that or they're too new to truly know how it is here on a consistent basis. Leasing staff has a very high turnover and extremely unorganized.
