Buyers beware. I entered a contact to purchase a home listed by WV Mountaineer Real Estate and was couple days past due in the purchase contract after receiving home inspection to inform the seller the home had some serious concerns. WV Mountaineer Real Estate immediately moved to inform me they were keeping my 4k earnest deposit since I had three days from receiving the home inspection to back out of the purchase contract.
