Hate to leave a bad review. I'll change it if I can get a hold of someone. I have called at least 5 times no answer. The system on the phone doesn't work you can't press 1 2 or 3 while on hold nothing happens. I got an email stating I haven't paid yet but this is because the website gives you the option to pay now or pay later The pay later button shouldn't be there if you can't pay later. The Dr. I spoke with was very concerned and caring. I didn't feel like he was there just to award me with my card. He was concerned with all the pain I am in every single day and assured me that I would be a great candidate for this type of card. I found it easy to fill out the forms and upload all the information that was needed to complete the process. However, I understand why it takes so long to review all the information and process it, I hope in the future new patients do not have to wait so long to receive their cards... read more
