We had an appointment for a showing and no one showed up. We waited almost an hour. There was no one in the office. I'm glad this happened so I know not to rent from here.
Ogden is some scammers. We signed a month to month lease. They charged us an extra 50 dollars a month to do so. Then we moved out gave our move our date ahead of time we paid the partial rent like it was stated online. Since we moved out on the 15. Well we moved out on the 13th but still paid the partial rent like it was on the site. Two weeks after move out. I've lived here for over 5 years. The apartments are like small houses. The maintenance and grounds upkeep is outstanding. If you are looking for amenities such as a workout room, that's not here. However, there is a dishwasher and laundry in my apartment. The only real issue here, and it's nothing Ogden can do about, is that people cut through on Westchester St and can drive a little fast. Otherwise, great place within walking distance to Miller Park!
