Worst place ever!! Treats patients like crap and it’s awful!!
I was here for a month of rehab. I found the staff here very friendly and concerned for the patients under their care. The food was good, well balanced hot meals. There is a menu so you can choose what you want. A cart comes by acouple times a day with snacks, coffee, tea.The place is clean, there are flat panel big screen TV's in the rooms. I have a friend here. They are so friendly and care for their patients. As helping them. I love the outside. As a pond and how pretty it is. The place is great. She likes the food and loves how they let her have a menu. The room has Windows and very nice staff. Dr. Comes in and even social worker. They care and never get mad if someone buzzes them. I recommend highly. Thanks
There is a very very rude girl who works here named brooke. If this is who u have representing your company than that it very sad. She a vulgar mouth and treats u like u are nothing. She is not a nice person at all and I would never put any of my family members at this facility with that kind of person who thinks she is way better than you. U might want to teach her some morals on how to treat people in public and how to talk to people. She is no better than any of us. They have the best camera system money can buy. Their surveillance can't be beat. I would not hesitate to put a member of my family here because I know they would be watched well.
There are a few good employees here but overall it's a VERY POOR facility. The food is inedible and the air conditioning is always out of service. When call lights get turned on it takes forever to get any help. They are severely understaffed. I went to visit my mom and she had a puddle of blood underneath her coming from her leg surgery (which she had to have after falling under their supervision) They hadn't notice that he was bleeding and it had obviously been a long time because of the amount of blood under her.
