higher wages for CNA's less drama and more communication between nurses & CNA's. better benefits too.
I used to work at Westview and it’s not recommended. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They don’t treat the patients nicely.

Westview Healthcare Center has a wonderful staff and I absolutely love working here.
The staff and care is the best.
Most staff is friendly and helpful, especially Timmy, Todd and Nellie. Physical Therapy Dept. is excellent. All very knowledgeable and dedicated.. Adam even comes in on Sunday, at times. Food is good, especially the desserts, and alternate meals available if there's something that you don't like. Good activities, like ceramics and music. Nice landscaping and good views of lawn and trees. Great handyman department and quick small repairs.
