If you are one minute late for you appointment they will cancel your appointment that day and reschedule you and charge a fee! But...if they make you set in the waiting area for YOUR appointment and THEY are 1 hour and 15 mins late or past your appointment time they can do that! If you ask to just reschedule they will charge you a appointment cancellation fee!
