I have been to West Valley Internal Medicine in Surprise many times. The staff both on the Urgent Care side and Med side have always been courteous, efficient and very friendly. Molly at the front desk always has a smile, Chelsey, Assistant to Nurse Practitioner- Stephanie Van Ham is always professional,calming and welcoming. Surprise location is great! Very quick and easy process!
Awesome staff and docs. I moved from Miami six months ago and was concerned about finding a good doctor here. Tapia is very thorough in exam and referrals to other docs. I recommend West Valley with confidence.
I have been going to WVUC & Dr. Kleven for almost 10 years, very thorough and caring as well. The office staff is great, especially Anna.
Appreciate the time and attention staff at West Valley takes with its patient/clients. Very efficient office organization even at its busiest times. (Long-time Internal Medicine patient.)
There time management here sucks ! 2 hours of waiting for a 10 minute test.
