Took my son who was having very bad back issues...They gave him a shot said to wait 10 minutes and thrn said there wadnt anything else they could do...we won't be going back....
I felt bad having to go in on Christmas Eve, but I was very sick. The staff was very accommodating, and friendly. The doc made the whole thing so much better for me and I'm very grateful.

I didn't realize this was also an Instacare. This one and the Taylorsville Instacare are about the same distance from my home. When I looked in the app the wait time for here was 0 so I went here. I was checked in quickly and had no wait to see a provider. The MA was wonderful! She started an IV and I must say it was the least painful IV start I have ever had. The nurse and physician were extremely helpful and kind. The facility is beautiful but unfortunately it is tucked away and not easily seen unless you know it is here.
The service was so fast. The people where amazing with my daughter. Really great experience considering the reason we were there! Definitely recommend West Valley Clinic! You guys are GREAT!
