Not a good experience for selling and buying a home with the agent I unfortunately dealt with. At times I was feeling rushed thru the financing end. I would not recommend her. The agents I have dealt with in the past, were gracious enough to offer a discount (especially when when they are doing the selling and buying), also With the understanding that this is not something that is mandatory and its completely up to the individual agent.
As a former Inspector General, I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of Karen Kay Gerard. I see a few decent reviews but then I realize they are all 7+ years old. Maybe she had ethics back then, but this is Karen in 2025. Karen exploited her dual roles as both a realtor and landlord to take advantage of senior tenants in a manner that is both unethical and potentially unlawful.
