I started going to Dr. Long after I had my daughter - I could barely look up with my shoulders being so tight and stiff from new motherhood. I literally walked in and told her I felt like an old women...hunched and having sleep issues from chronic back pain. After my first adjustment, I felt a million times better and could finally look up without pain. I still go to her at least 1x a month and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Loved this place, since having my baby they have truly helped me and my son get back on track both physically and emotionally. The staff is very friendly and caring I would highly recommend this place.
I have been coming here for 6+ years and cannot go without seeing Dr. Long for more than a month! Everyone here is excellent, the office girls are the sweetest, the acupuncture and massage are great and now I'll be taking my 4 month old here as well...cannot say enough good things! Congrats to you guys on 11 years in business!!

Having children takes a toll on a woman's body. With my first daughter, I had terrible hip pain. I therefore turned to a more holistic view rather than just take pain medication. Through a series of massages and adjustments I was able to overcome pain during the rest of my pregnancy. With my second pregnancy, I was told I needed to be induced to avoid possible health problems.
