We saw Dr. Gandhi for evaluation for my newborns posterior tongue tie due to nursing issues. We had a wonderful experience and great success for her with the revision. One of my favorite things was that Dr. Gandhi evaluated her not only on the visual anatomic presentation of the tongue tie, but also on functionality. I also choose this route because I preferred the precision and healing benefits of the use of a cold laser versus sissors at the ENT. I would highly recommend Dr. Gandhi! Dr. Gandhi is incredible! Bailey at the front is so sweet and so are the rest of the staff; they were all very compassionate and made us feel right at home. Our 3 week old daughter went in for a tongue and lip tie evaluation, and they were able to perform the laser procedure for her that same day! I think we were in and out of the office in under an hour, which is pretty incredible. She’s now 2 months old and healed perfectly from the procedure! Cannot say enough how happy we are with Dr. Gandhi and her staff. We took our 4 week old son to her for treatment of both a lip and tongue tie after having issues with his latch and struggling through pumping/bottle feeding. Dr. Gandhi explained everything thoroughly and we had the procedure done that day. Since then breastfeeding has drastically improved and our baby is doing wonderful! My son had his lip and tongue ties diagnosed and revised via laser at 4 weeks old with Dr. Gandhi to assist with breastfeeding. The tongue tie was previously missed by a lactation consultant and a craniofacial plastic surgeon. She and her staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle, and I felt comfortable putting my son’s procedure in her hands. We love the staff at West U Pediatric Dentistry! The care and concern they all showed for our 6-month old son was top notch! We were referred to Dr. Gandhi by our lactation consultant for a tongue tie correction procedure and we couldn’t have asked for better service or a better outcome.
