Every time i call to order food for my cat the staff does not put the order in. I called a week before Christmas and never received a call to say his food is in. This kind of thing happens all the time! One time i was told to call back and talk specifically to one person to order his food. How is that convenient for me in any way? How hard is it to order food? They need a new system on how this is done. It's ridiculous that my cat might not have food to eat because the staff is incompetent. Dr. Tyler is awesome. As a new fur mommy, I've had a million concerns. She has always been patient and worked to resolve my every concern, big or small. She's competent in what she's doing really does care about my Theodore. Everyone else is also kind a WTAH. You can always count on lots of smiles and lots of support. Love. Love. Love.
I love it here. The doctors & nurse's & staff are Amazing. The treat BOTH my cats like their own pets. They are soo kind & sweet & caring here. Both my cats Simba & Thumper love it here. Best Vet center around. :)
Our dogs spent the New Year's Eve holiday here. They were well cared for, clean and did not have diarrhea when they came home. This was a huge problem in the past with other facilities. The staff is very friendly and patient. The rates are affordable. My husband and I highly recommend West Trenton Animal Hospital!
Absolutely love everyone there always friendly and polite .....of course DR. K is best I travel 45 minutes to see him for my Bubba!
