I want to thank West Trenton Animal Hospital for the help they gave us as we put our dog Benny down. A special thank you to Tayna for taking her day off to be there with us. They were very helpful at a time our hearts were breaking. Thank you to all of you.
The first visit was fine but it dropped fast after that. It took several calls for staff to fax my insurance information for my cat to his insurance provider but then it was too late. I was told to switch his food and given food that would help a month ago, today I go into buy this special food and I was told it was the wrong kind. So I have been feeding my cat the wrong food and no one said anything.
It is so heartwarming to know that there are such caring and compassionate caretakers in my kittie's lives. Recently my baby of 15 years "Oreo" required surgery. I was so at ease knowing that he was in such competent hands! He came through better than ever ..... Thanks to Dr K. and his competent staff. It is true that "Angels with Hidden Wings Walk Amongst Us!" Thank you so much!!
Simply the best. Dr. K is so compassionate and his staff is super patient, especially with moms of injured dogs! We are so happy with the care of our Dobermans.
Dr.K and staff have taken AMAZING care of all of our fur babies. Going above and beyond repeatedly! Their love for animals shows!���
Pretty much killed my cat. The vet (don't remember her name, an Indian woman) didn't do tests to diagnose my cat properly. She said he is not blocked and just gave him meds for constipation and uti which wasn't even the case. When I brought him to a different vet it turned out he was blocked and it was too late to help my wonderful boy.
