How come many residents here use woodburning fireplaces but my unit is restricted? My chimney guy said my fireplace is perfectly fine.Remove that darn cap from my chimney, office ,and stop asking for more money. I already spent 20000$ for the improvements which was your part.Also do notify about a plowing winter time more efficiently and do provide the exact adress where my car gets taken. I don't have to call police to find out.And do notify before entering my condo.
I owned a unit here for almost ten years (sold it in mid 2020). Modest condos. The neighborhood is safe, the location is good. If you want fancy, look elsewhere :-) but these are very affordable and hold their value well. Happy to have bought this unit. I did sell it when my tenant went to assisted living. (I was tired of being a landlord, even with just one rental unit.) I understand that today the units can no longer be rented out.
