Spacious and great location
I owned a unit here for almost ten years (sold it in mid 2020). Modest condos. The neighborhood is safe, the location is good. If you want fancy, look elsewhere :-) but these are very affordable and hold their value well. Happy to have bought this unit. I did sell it when my tenant went to assisted living. (I was tired of being a landlord, even with just one rental unit.)
I was looking to rent a studio from an owner of one of these properties. This has no reflection on the community and property management! The apartment was dirty with cobwebs and gunk in the bathroom corners and other areas. Kitchen light fixture was inoperable. The paint was flaking off some of the light switches and outlets. The appliances were severely outdated. The furnace looked to be at least 30 yrs old. Do not rent unless you are looking for a very overpriced and dirty studio apartment. It was GROSS.
