Terrible management and pest control.
RecommendedBeautiful and updated property - maintenance takes care of things immediately.
Lived here for a year. Parking is horrible because it’s not reserved unless you pay extra for it. If you’re not home by 7pm then you’re stuck with parking far away, being a single mom with a young child; it’s not safe to be walking late at night all the way around the complex. This is one of the many reasons I will not renew my lease or recommend anyone to live here.
Moved out 2/28 still getting billed on 4/12 apparently it takes that long for a carpet proposal and oh I was sent a FINAL ACCT STATEMENT on 3/19 then the last one on 4/12 both sent via email the same way and apparently the last one included a reminder that it was outstanding and I need to pay it ASAP 😂
